Activities by nature carry an element of risk. All persons that agree to take part in activities at the centre do so at acceptance of that risk. It is the responsibility of the person making this booking to ensure that all members of the party understand and accept the risks involved and that, in the case of young people, parental permission has been obtained.
I undertake to see that no member of my school or organisation attends the Centre if, at the time of commencement of the visit, he or she is known to be suffering from any infectious disease.
I have read Essex Outdoors Terms & Conditions (attached) and agree to these.
