Booking Terms and Conditions

• Sessions cancelled by 10am on the preceding Wednesday (48 hours ahead of the session) will be credited to carry forward to another WoW session.
• Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the session (after 10am on the preceding Wednesday) will be forfeited unless the space is subsequently filled. If filled, the session can be carried forward. In the event of more than one cancellation, filled spaces will be allocated in order of cancellations.
• To cancel a session, post in the WoW What'sApp group. Please do not contact the Corinthian office.
• To book a session cancelled by another WoW, comment in the WoW WhatsApp group and then pay in the office on the morning.
• Credited sessions should be booked via the 'free session' tab on the booking website but ONLY if the session was cancelled via the WhatsApp group.
• No refunds for cancelled sessions will be given.
• If you can't make a session, even on the morning, please do comment in the WhatsApp group so that another WoW has the opportunity to book and our sailing manifest for the morning is correct.
